Meet the Owner & Educator

Hello! I'm Jennys Estrella, CEO and founder of KID KID Learning & Care. I am a proud mother of five and a devoted wife with a beautiful family. Since 2018, I’ve had the honor of serving my community by offering a family-based childcare and early education program. Thanks to God, in 2018 I was able to make my dream a reality by establishing a loving and nurturing early childhood program right here in the city of Leominster.

From a very young age, I carried in my heart the desire to contribute to society by nurturing and educating young lives—our future leaders—and in doing so, continue a meaningful family legacy.

I have been truly fortunate. Thanks to my mother, who was a teacher for over 40 years, I grew up surrounded by early childhood education. Her dedication, love, and commitment to children deeply inspired me and planted the passion in my heart to one day follow in her footsteps—supporting children's growth and providing peace of mind to hardworking parents in my community. Parents who, just like me, need a trustworthy place outside the home where their children are loved and cared for.

The inspiration to create a family childcare and learning program became real when I envisioned a space "built with love, for love." From that vision, I discovered my true calling—teaching, nurturing, and devoting myself to children. It awakened a purpose I didn't know I had, one that had been growing quietly in me all along, thanks to my mother's powerful example.

As for my academic background, I graduated with a degree in Marketing from APEC University in the Dominican Republic in 2002. I later earned a Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Quinsigamond Community College in 2021 and have held a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential since 2019. In addition, I’ve completed a wide variety of trainings and continuing education programs focused on early childhood development, behavior management, and the emotional, intellectual, and physical well-being of children. These opportunities have equipped me with powerful tools to support children’s learning and growth—and continue fueling my passion for education every single day.
